Admittedly, until recent years I hadn’t either & was oblivious to just how broken the food system has become. It’s not in the interests of the many large food producers & pharmaceutical companies who spend billions of Euros every year advertising, to also mention that many forms of cancer are linked to long term consumption of their product. We want to let you know that at Seven Wonders we have done the research & we are passionate about real food. It’s for that reason that we have always gone against the food industry grain by choosing real food. We’ve been using organic milk since 2010 because it is the only way for us to guarantee you that the milk in your coffee is not from a cow on anti-biotics, hormones or grazing on pesticide-laden grass.
We hand wash all our fresh salad leaves every day so that we can ensure they are not washed in chlorine or other chemicals in a factory then bagged with a gas to lengthen their shelf life. We say yes to real free range eggs which we season, boil or scramble throughout the day & no to disgusting liquid egg from a carton. We marinate & roast our chicken every day so we can guarantee you it’s the real thing & not some processed, pre-cooked tasteless piece of rubber cooked in a factory, sprayed then gassed to make it last 10 days. We make almost all of our salad dressings, we make our croutons, our soup, our sauces and our béchamel doesn’t come from a pack. At Seven Wonders, we are committed to integrity in our products & are constantly working on improving them every day.
